Responsibilities
- Liaising with related internal stakeholders and proactively organize for new style loading.
- providing guidance and direction to the production team in accomplishing the set production goals of the plants.
- Monitor and assess production process and ensure accomplishment of factory production KPIs.
- Ensure a healthy and safe work environment and customer-compliant manufacturing process.

- Minimum 5 year's experience in a similar capacity
- G.C.E A/L qualification or Higher education
- A Diploma in Garment manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Strong Leadership, Communication, Problem-solving skills.
- A Team player who can cope with the pressure of meeting given targets
- Continues improving and result-oriented mindset
